Topic | Do you consider yourself a healthy eater? |
Alexandra_Trent 04/25/17 2:12:12 PM #20: | Hmm...I don't think I'm a healthy eater and although I do watch what I eat, I'm not religious or obsessive about it. I like to eat grilled meat; not fried. And I also prefer cuts with little to no fat. I love vegetables and salads are a part of my meals daily (no dressing); however I also love carbs. I do not limit my carb intake. This really isn't a problem for me as I don't binge eat and have a fast metabolism. I do not like fruits very much though...so my consumption of this is rather lacking. :// I love my share of pastries; cheesecakes and all...But I strongly dislike chocolate. So no chocolate cakes or anything with this flavour. I also do not like doughnuts and ice cream. On most days, I do not consume junk food. However, I do have a cheat day; twice a month allocated for junk food. I also dislike soda or fizzy drinks. Water at room temperature is my preference. I do not drink or consume alcohol; at all. My preferences for my eating habits stem from pleasure and not really health; the latter is secondary.
