Jacksonville, FL Virginia Beach, VA San Antonio, TX Austin, TX My ideal city is mainly cost of living and weather too. I don't really like dry weather, but in my situation anything is better than SD. Cities in the north such as Seattle, Philly, Portland, and NYC are way too expensive, but I heard Cleveland might be a nice place to live.
