Drink: (anything liquid - put "N/A" if none.) Rating/10: (rate your meal out of 10 - You can either rate each item individually (i.e. food is 5/10 and drink is 7/10 or whatever), or the whole meal together.) I know I'm already breaking the rules since I'm not technically eating, but my lunch is a blueberry/banana/spinach milkshake from the gym. But regardless, here is mine as an example: Meal: Lunch Food: N/A Drink: Blueberry banana milkshake/smoothie with spinach Rating/10: 7.7. It's pretty good, but not my favorite of their milkshake/smoothie options. I normally get the "body builder shake" but have them substitute chocolate protein powder instead of regular, and add peanut butter and banana.
