Follow the following format:

Meal: (breakfast, lunch, dinner, random snack, afternoon tea, brunch, etc.)
Food: (solid food - put "N/A" if none.)
Drink: (anything liquid - put "N/A" if none.)
Rating/10: (rate your meal out of 10 - You can either rate each item individually (i.e. food is 5/10 and drink is 7/10 or whatever), or the whole meal together.)

I know I'm already breaking the rules since I'm not technically eating, but my lunch is a blueberry/banana/spinach milkshake from the gym. But regardless, here is mine as an example:

Meal: Lunch
Food: N/A
Drink: Blueberry banana milkshake/smoothie with spinach
Rating/10: 7.7. It's pretty good, but not my favorite of their milkshake/smoothie options. I normally get the "body builder shake" but have them substitute chocolate protein powder instead of regular, and add peanut butter and banana. That shit is bomb.

Meal: Dinner (last night)
Food: Bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce. Had two patties from the grocery store and made them both on Monday. Didn't want to let the other one just sit open after breaking the sealed package. Also had a salad with spinach, apples, carrots, and balsamic.
Drink: Cape Codder with Gray Goose vodka because I don't slum it on that Tito's ish.
Rating/10: Burger: 7.5. Not as good as the first one since I had to microwave the second patty after making it on Monday. Salad: 6: Good as far as salads go. Should have diced the apples and carrots rather than leaving them in larger pieces. Cape Codder: 9. It's basically a fizzy vodka cranberry. What can go wrong?

Meal: Breakfast
Food: One strip of bacon (Had a few slices leftover since I made the whole package in one sitting)
Drink: An espresso shot from my Nespresso machine. "INDRIYA" blend. But the main meal was a breakfast smoothie consisting of berries, banana, spinach, and other fillers like peanut butter, granola, and greek yogurt. Lite almond milk as the liquid.
Rating/10: Bacon: 9.5. It's bacon. Only drawback was because it was microwaved. Smoothie: 8.5. Always delicious and pretty healthy and filling, especially since I'm good at portion control. Espresso: 9. Pretty strong and had an interesting roast flavor to it.

Meal: Lunch
Food: None
Drink: Blueberry/Mango "body builder shake" from the gym. Has the aforementioned fruits, as well as protein powder and some kind of milk. Not sure exactly. The gym menu is tiny, I have to stand as close to the counter as I can to read everything, and even then I back off quickly because I don't want people to think I'm in line, or suffer through the whole situation when a stranger approaches awkwardly, you realize they're looking at you and they're like "are you in line?" and I have to be like oh no brah and then back away, thus being too far to read the menu again.
Rating/10: 8. It's good. Not quite as good at the normal peanut butter/banana shake I get, but I had peanut butter in my smoothie for breakfast, so I figured that might be overkill, especially since peanut butter is high in calories (though it's got some good fats).

Drink: Cocoa Matcha Shake from the gym.
Rating: 6.5/10. Not as good as the normal shakes. Still fine and tasted good, but the annoying thing was a bunch of cocoa flakes (or whatever they were) were clumped at the bottom. Now part of the reason I enjoy the shakes/smoothies is that they are nice and cold and refreshing after a nice run. But I couldn't get a nice, smooth pull of cold shake without having to chew on all these cocoa pebbles (which were fine tasting, just not what I really want in a smoothie). I usually lift up the straw out a bit to keep from sucking straight from the bottom, but that's such a pain in the ass because the shake will typically stick to the straw after pulling it out a bit, thus causing it to pool on top of the lid, and if I tilt the cup even slightly, it'll spill over the side.

Home made burger made from fresh ground beef, salt, and peppered, topped with cheddar cheese grilled on the burger before taking it off of the grill, placed on a toasted bun that was toasted on the same grill as the burger, topped with grilled mushrooms, red pepper, and chilli, sauce on top of that is my own combination of tomato, 'brown' and mustard mixed together to give a smokey bbqish taste.

Food: Turkey-breast chopped salad (Subway)
Drink: Coffee with caramel macchiato creamer
Rating: 7/10. This is the first time I'd gotten the turkey breast instead of steak in the chopped salad, and while the salad overall was decent, it would've been nice to taste the turkey in the salad as I can the steak. Coffee's okay as well, albeit maybe a bit strong.
