Those millions of people would immediately go bankrupt if they actually had a major medical expense without Obamacare, you realize. The whole fucking point of insurance is that you're paying for protection against an unpredicted occurrence. The ACA established maximum out-of-pocket costs and removed lifetime benefit caps.
