My vote is that we just delay the bid half a day to a day rather than keep these degenerate tier bidding rules as they are-- or just implement round 2 if necessary. I do think it's easy to keep a weekly schedule going though because a lot of the phases are stripped down. No declaration, no bidding in peace, etc etc. --- No problem!
