I would've thought no bid = 0 bid Not only is there precedent, even if there wasn't we'd lean towards favoring the guy who sent in the bid because it encourages leaders to stay on the ball. It does both us a service (less looking around everywhere going 'did he send in a bid and we just missed it...?'), and the players as well (better to remember to hit the deadlines through a tier bid than posting your abilities late in war and eating a confirmed loss). In this case a bid was sent, just late, so it's a bit different, but it's a good precedent to lay down. On the plus side for boko, he doesn't spend any money! --- Shine on, you crazy diamond. ...
