This fight is kind of a runaway for Kirby's team.

Liquid's HIND-D!?! and Samus's Gunship piloted by Rikku can both instantly crack this match open. There's no cover, and it's wide open space at 150m, and they both have weapons with long effective ranges to immediately open fire on the enemy team with. The gunship in particular might literally be unkillable with the enemy team's armament. It has strong shields (keeping in mind it tanks metroid level tech-- Lilith doesn't have the firepower) and self repair features. It has a front mounted power cannon and a rear mounted plasma cannon-- same kinda stuff Samus uses but bigger I'd imagine since it's ship mounted. Also a missile launcher which fires volleys of 11 missiles at a time. Rikku's prodigious skill with machina and that the match write-up says she is piloting the thing coming in should be enough evidence that she'll be fine piloting it.

On top of that, Kirby's team is just straight up stronger and better suited to cloud combat. Everyone can fly but Yu, and Yu has a couple of great moves for this terrain. Magarudyne deals Heavy Wind Damage to all foes-- wind damage seems perfect for knocking people off balance or straight off the clouds, or just outright dispersing clouds and sending people falling to their doom. He also has Debilitate if anyone decides to be a dodge monkey, a debuff which reduces Evasion and Hit Rate for a while (as well as attack and defense). Kirby with Lilith's power probably has a variant of her Penetrator or Lyuda sniper rifle to contribute-- and he'll be under less pressure than her so he's more likely to get a chance. FurtherKirby's powers could be considered a buff-- so maybe he's better at being Lilith than Lilith!? Now BASS probably wants to get in a bit closer to do his stuff optimally but his flight and rapid fire volleys should work well here if needed. Also Yuffie who is thinking like Knux is going to be all but worthless-- he probably tries to glide between clouds, so this is basically a 5v3.

And my personal favorite element that will contribute... that damn motorcycle Lilith has decided to ride in on.
It screws her team in two ways:

1. She has to get off the motorcycle to start the fight, wasting valuable time, because Lilith isn't going to shoot guns and drive a motorcycle at the same time (and the motorcycle is pretty bad here anyway-- driving it without mad cred would be certain death)
2. While idling it provides a nice warm hunk of metal for Liquid to lock onto with his missile payload, blowing the enemy team sky high right out of the gate.
