No, no it's pretty much guaranteed they would drop their items as that apart of the negative effects, it causes those struck to lose their items. I actually buy this, but it has to hit them first. Which it isn't, because Frog is cleaving it in two. Alternately, both Tidus and Tails are fast and agile enough to dodge (and Tails doesn't have any weapons anyway). --- another place and time, without a great divide, and we could be flying deadly high ...
