That's so fucked up. This just gives cops another loophole to arrest people. Yes, that's exactly right and happens everyday. I've officially spooked myself for the night. The fact I have a DUI on my record already, when a cop pulls me over and sees that I'm going to be automatically stereotyped and they will try and pin another DUI on me.
