He'd barely have to move to make it so. Kaos can beat Bowser 1 on 1 pretty easily. And if somebody else happens to survive, well... lol There is no "truth" that makes this not a thing. Even in your absolute best case scenario where the shell takes out everybody else, you still lose. There are certainly fights Bowser can win.
