Weren't the numbers of new items already datamined?
If these numbers are accurate, we can expect two voicelines, two sprays and one victory pose for everyone.

More context to this:
In light of the recent news of a new event for Overwatch's one year anniversary, I went through some of the files of the PTR using OverTool. What you see in this post is some of the most interesting unused content I found. First, there are items that are not event-specific: -2 new emotes for Sombra -2 new emotes for Orisa -A new emote for Tracer -A new emote, victory pose, and spray for Reaper The new emotes for Sombra and Orisa are most likely the new sit and laugh emotes we were promised by Blizzard. Tracer's new emote makes sense considering the fact that she only has 2 non-event emotes besides her sit and laugh emotes, whereas every other hero has 3. Next, there are items that are event specific. There's no way to tell what these items are, but here is a list of how many items each hero is going to get: 5 items: Reaper, Mercy, Torbjorn, Reinhardt, Winston, Widowmaker, Zenyatta, Roadhog, McCree, Junkrat, Sombra, Ana, Orisa 6 items: Tracer, Hanzo, Pharah, Bastion, Symmetra, Genji, Zarya, Soldier, Lucio, D.Va, Mei As for non-hero specific items, there are four new items located directly after the seasons 1-4 sprays and player icons. These are most likely the sprays and icon for season 5. There is also an item located directly after the Uprising 2017 player icon. This might be an icon for the new event, or something else entirely. Next, there are 2 items listed under the event_6 category, which might be new icons or sprays for the event. Finally, the most interesting new general item is listed under the LOOTBOX_EXCLUSIVE_0 category, which normally only holds the credit piles you sometimes get from loot boxes. This could be hinting towards a new tier of credit pile beyond legendary, but I think that it's more likely that this is some sort of entirely new mechanic. Finally, there's some changes that are coming to Lijiang Tower. I won't get into the details of the changes now, but if you're curious, you can check out a thread I made about it here.
