Yep, I used to work out back in the day so I always had a good amount of muscle for my size. I just let the fat take over so it's not like I started from 0.

What's your routine?

I don't really follow any particular routine which I know isn't a great answer. I just focus on core lifts for each muscle group and then switch it up with different lifts/machines to work the muscle differently every 6 to 8 weeks or so.

I essentially do bro splits but I will change that soon to where I"m doing more full body exercises more often.
