First pic was November 13, 2016. I weighed around 187. I may have weighed more but I know for sure I weighed at least 187. According to my (inaccurate) body fat scale, I was around 23% body fat

Second pic is today, I weigh 158. According to my (inaccurate) body fat scale, I'm right at 17% body fat.

Just felt like sharing cause I'm bored at work right now. Could be better but I'm still proud of it. Gonna keep grindin' though.

5'8, which I only just learned for sure a few months ago

And I do indeed work on legs, every week, I never skip. However back in the day when I used to work out, I pretty much never worked on them so they are behind in comparison to my upper body. I'm working on it though.

Yep, I used to work out back in the day so I always had a good amount of muscle for my size. I just let the fat take over so it's not like I started from 0.

I don't really follow any particular routine which I know isn't a great answer. I just focus on core lifts for each muscle group and then switch it up with different lifts/machines to work the muscle differently every 6 to 8 weeks or so.

I essentially do bro splits but I will change that soon to where I"m doing more full body exercises more often.

I eat right 95% or more of the time. I tend to eat more or less the same types of things most days, which is mainly out of pure laziness but it does help because it's one less decision I have to make and less money spent. I eat eggs, oatmeal, bananas, apples, other fruits (damn near any will work really), walnuts, almonds, fish, chicken, brown rice, shrimp, mixed vegetables, protein bars, etc. I also pretty much only drink water. No soda or juice, and VERY rarely alcohol.

Believe it or not (probably not that hard to believe I guess since I'm not very big), I don't take any supplements other than a one a day mens vitamin.

Meant to add that the only bad thing that I eat on a fairly regular basis is candy. Just this week I've had like 2 bags of gummy bears. For the vast majority of the 6 months though, I've had one bag of candy or less per week.

Dude, even within the same pic you can see some thickness on the other leg. Do you think one leg is that much scrawnier than the other?

I don't have a full body mirror in my apartment to take a pic of my legs with but even still, I've already admitted that my lower body isn't as developed as my upper body and I'm certainly working on it every week.

Just get in there and do it. After a while it just becomes habit. Diet is definitely important and I just quit all the bad foods cold turkey all at once. Wasn't really that bad for me at all.

This is true. As stated before, I used to work out a lot as a teen. And even after college I've had several bouts of going to the gym somewhat consistently but I always eventually fell off. Point being that I certainly didn't start from complete noobie territory, I've got pictures of myself in my late teens to early 20s and I looked close to what I am now. However this go around is by far the most dedicated I've ever been to hitting the gym, it's practically apart of my routine now where as in the past that wasn't really the case. This is also the first time that I completely changed my diet to be basically 95%+ healthy so that helped a lot.
