I eat right 95% or more of the time. I tend to eat more or less the same types of things most days, which is mainly out of pure laziness but it does help because it's one less decision I have to make and less money spent. I eat eggs, oatmeal, bananas, apples, other fruits (damn near any will work really), walnuts, almonds, fish, chicken, brown rice, shrimp, mixed vegetables, protein bars, etc. I also pretty much only drink water. No soda or juice, and VERY rarely alcohol.

Believe it or not (probably not that hard to believe I guess since I'm not very big), I don't take any supplements other than a one a day mens vitamin.

Meant to add that the only bad thing that I eat on a fairly regular basis is candy. Just this week I've had like 2 bags of gummy bears. For the vast majority of the 6 months though, I've had one bag of candy or less per week.
