I need to hit the gym myself. But it's moreso my diet that needs help, as I'm too small.

Just get in there and do it. After a while it just becomes habit. Diet is definitely important and I just quit all the bad foods cold turkey all at once. Wasn't really that bad for me at all.

This is true. As stated before, I used to work out a lot as a teen. And even after college I've had several bouts of going to the gym somewhat consistently but I always eventually fell off. Point being that I certainly didn't start from complete noobie territory, I've got pictures of myself in my late teens to early 20s and I looked close to what I am now. However this go around is by far the most dedicated I've ever been to hitting the gym, it's practically apart of my routine now where as in the past that wasn't really the case. This is also the first time that I completely changed my diet to be basically 95%+ healthy so that helped a lot.
