Nothing beats Arrow Season 1 finale. That one was just entirely too perfect. Season 2 was also extremely special.
I thought this one suffered from a few things. Bad cliffhanger. Good cliffhangers give you at least some hint of what to look forward to, this gave us nothing. Almost entirely because the writers have no idea what they'll do for it. It also had Merlyn's tremendously awful death (if it's his actual death, but it was ultimately really dumb). Talia being such a massive afterthought. It's obvious they wanted Talia to be Prometheus and changed their minds at the end, but they ended up with something better so I'll forgive it. But Talia is just utterly pointless. Lame end for Konstantin. Why bring him back if he's just going to die again? And why did he not get any of the madness from the Lazarus Pit? I was hoping that would be a part of something. Chase and Oliver had some repetitive dialogue. That all said, it still wrapped up extremely good in the end, and despite all of that it was easily the third best finale. ---
