I mean his sister at least hit Savitar and she doesn't even have the SPEED Time to make Iris Impulse tbh. But in all seriousness, I think Barry will be back pretty fast. I'm sure Wally will get a lot of experience over the three month or so timeskip. Something will happen though that necessitates the Speed Force releasing Barry. Plus Cisco will be doing everything he can to bring back Barry. Then next season will be about what happened in the three months Wally was the flash, and what happened to Barry in the speed force.
