Topic	nintendo came down hard on 3ds hackers.

What kind of dumbass would leave that enabled, though? There's also the part of the friends list where it shows your "currently playing" and "favorite" games unless you have it hidden, and if one of those is a questionable game/app, that could probably trigger a ban as well. Then again, I've seen some people who did have those disabled still reporting that they got banned, so who knows at this point?
