So we decided that we would start looking for a second house and we would just rent out our current one to my wife's family. The house we are buying is 3.8 million baht (about $110,000usd). Large 3 bedroom/3 bath house in a gated community. It's close to the airport, 5 minutes from the city centre and closer to work for both of us. Paid the down-payment less than an hour ago. Can't wait to be able to move in. I'll post pics of the inside later, imgur is being slow as fuck right now.
