Scorpion has unlimited teleport range. He teleports to the netherrealm and to a spot on Earth every time he teleports. He has been shown teleporting into helicopters as they fly and also has been shown to teleport while free falling through the sky as the helicopter crashed and off screen to on screen at will. He has no cooldown on his teleport and can use it freely. Why is this a hard counter to grigori? Because when Grigori is flying around, Scorpion can simply teleport onto his backside and he has his chains to latch on to grigori to not be thrown off.
