Topic	Civil War was fun but... there's just too many coincidences in that movie. SPOIL

Maybe up to the point that the Brazilian government allowed them to intervene. And going by comments in the Netflix series and the like, I'm pretty sure Abomination being there was covered up so most people think it was just the Hulk rampaging around.
