Realistically we probably shouldn't have given Luis that immediate redraft to begin with. This is kind of a sticky situation because while Gravy's demand is reasonable by itself, the reason for it ('I took admin preliminary thoughts like a ruling so it should be assumed to be equally binding!') sets down a really yucky precedent.
