The strong majority of bad mercs were from week 1-9, week 39-41. I think the only terribad merc that escaped on my watch was Kha'zix and I blame that on the guy being SUPER overpowered to start and not being nerfed enough-- and also being in a cloud of 16 other League mercs all of which all needed to be looked over with a small window. I did argue we should just ban Week 41 outright, though-- and I would extend that to Week 40 if I paid more attention to the release schedule.) --- No problem and congratulation!
