Topic	going off my meds was a bad idea

I'm an idiot. the weird thing is that I actually enjoy not being on them, but I just can't deal with anything at all. Anxiety is just so high it makes it impossible to even go to the grocery store. Everytime I go outside it feels like I'm entering a war zone. I understand that. The process of seeing all those pills and having to take them every morning makes you feel trapped in a way. Like you have no control over your mind. I guess you just have to remind yourself that you aren't trapped, and this stuff frees you to do whatever you want. I have severe anxiety too. I dropped out of school for a year because just leaving my bedroom would make me scream and sob in hysterics. On days where it wasn't as bad it still felt like everything was attacking you all at once. I tried to go off my meds several times and all of them went terribly. Keep taking it, okay? :) The dumb thing about it too is that once you forget/miss one day you're less motivated to take it the next day.
