Anyway, Frog should be a good swimmer, what with being a frog and all. Tails is functional underwater too, based on all the underwater levels in the 2D games. Tidus is still the fastest here, even before haste is thrown in. Kaos and Neclord are both weird and disruptive with AoE so they don't even care about swimming so much. Crono's not gonna use lightning without killing himself or buddies. Leaning Tidus/Neclord, because Tidus is functionally the best melee here, and Neclord is the best/most durable range. Frog's work would be cut out to reach him when he has Tidus to contend with. --- You can't live without a spinal cord, son.
