Actually, I think Raiden's screwed. He can't get the tactical backup of the Seraphim (hear or see, can get spells from them) until he gets his gear back (the ability writeup states he is fully human, which the upgrade to the seraphim state they can't hear/see), Limsa Lominsa is not exactly the best location to actually try to sneak through, and Selvaria there means that the attackers can deal with finding the opponent by just destroying buildings until they come into view.
