I also have an odd pressure feeling in my head. I've done some thinking and I think the cause of the pressure is because I'm depressed and anxious over many things. My short term memory has gotten so spotty which worries my as well. I've also read that depression could later lead to dementia which worries me even more : ( Ever since my grandpa got dementia I've been worried about getting it myself one day. I've also read that metals such as aluminum can also cause dementia. So I've stopped using aluminum along with hot food(the food heats up the aluminum which transfers its toxins over to the food). I've seen people(as well as my family) grill food using aluminum and I wish all those people knew more about the possible danger they're unaware of. I'm also using my phone less which is probably a good thing either way. Dementia is a horrible disease and I REALLY do not want to have it : ( --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
