I have had a mild headache all evening, and a few hours after dinner I vomited.

While heading home from a dinner theater, I started feeling really sick and needed to pull over. Feeling better now, but still not 100% But now I need to stay up and do laundry now cause my vomit cloths stink.

You have vomit cloths?

Sounds like a concussion.

I always have head pressure. The docs say it's anxiety although I'm not convinced. Still I've never vomited from headaches/pressure.

anyways it could be anything from dehydration to heat exhaustion to concussion to stroke

drink a lot of water, take some tylenol, get some rest.

and tell someone you know irl this in case something actually bad does happen so they can come check on you, if you live alone.

I also have an odd pressure feeling in my head.
I've done some thinking and I think the cause of the pressure is because I'm depressed and anxious over many things. My short term memory has gotten so spotty which worries my as well.

I've also read that depression could later lead to dementia which worries me even more : (

Ever since my grandpa got dementia I've been worried about getting it myself one day.
I've also read that metals such as aluminum can also cause dementia.
So I've stopped using aluminum along with hot food(the food heats up the aluminum which transfers its toxins over to the food).

I've seen people(as well as my family) grill food using aluminum and I wish all those people knew more about the possible danger they're unaware of.

I'm also using my phone less which is probably a good thing either way.

Dementia is a horrible disease and I REALLY do not want to have it : (

I've nothing that I'm obsessing over though so if it is anxiety(seems to be) then I've no idea why I've got it. Still, like yourself my short term memory is like that of a goldfish. However that's normal apparently.

My main paranoia is cancer as my nan died of it and my older sister(at the age of 26) so it runs in the family. They both had stomach cancer I believe and I've already had a stomach ulcer removed(got a scar down my stomach for my troubles) but still brain cancer is a thing.

I really doubt it's anything serious though as I've had it for a year and a half now. It's just annoying more than anything.

I've also read the memory also get worsened over time as you're suffering from depression.
I've been more or less depressive most of my life which could explain why I'm having such a horrid memory at such a young age as 26.

Or, it could just be a completely normal thing like you just said.

Sucks to hear that. I completely understand why you feel that way.
My other grandpa died of stomach cancer as well(along with a braintumor).
I'm of course also worried about other diseases like cancer.

I just wish I could relax more and don't worry too much about the future.
