Nah, it's more of a sickening revulsion towards people bashing a game seconds after it was announced, before anything was even known about the game, based off of little information.

It's bandwagon mentality and I've been sick of it for decades now.

It might've been a mediocre game, but listening to Metroid fans, you'd think it was worse than Other M. When really, it was probably closer to the decent end of mediocre.

Proof that a game's reputation is more influential than its actual quality, which is sickening.
