I still feel like Hard Knuckle is a solid advantage here. Lets Mega Man play the outboxing game whilst Zero can only infight. Better yet, if Zero has to dodge a Hard Knuckle, Mega Man knows what direction he has to dodge in, making landing the Mega Upper superior. Adding in that Super Arm gives him a realistic chance to use holds if Zero gets in too tight, and I think Mega's got the whole 'boxing' element of this down pat, even if Zero would be far superior in, say, a street fight.
