She's also a swordswoman, so she doesn't have much experience fighting with her fists. She's out of her element here, and that's going to hurt her fighting ability. If he can dodge Tyson's punches, Terra's punches should be easy. Now Terra might have her morph, but she can only use it for 30 seconds. If Mac can dodge Tyson enough to beat him, he can dodge Terra for 30 seconds. Remember, Tyson's uppercuts one-shot Mac and he still won. Morphing isn't going to give her any boxing experience, so she's still the same bad boxer she'd be normally, just with more power.
