Need to check all rulings but offhand I think the Morrigan ruling (following) says no: Morrigan may not send an unrosterable above tier mercenary to fight for the other team while Protester Power (or similar abilities) are in effect, as it's an ability that's making the above tier mercenary rosterable without paying down, which is denied by the ability (11/17/2016, Week 48) Only question is if assists are exempted from it. --- Shine on, you crazy diamond. ...
