Diablo is as he appears in Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm, with all of his attacks and abilities, although cannot turn into his shadow form. He has been hit by a Slag Phase Strike from Lilith, damaging him and causing him to take double damage for the rest of the fight.

Spearman is as seen in the Civilization games- just a competent warrior with a spear and a motorcycle. He's more realistic, however, and won't randomly be soloing tanks just because he fortified on a mountain.

Cut Man is as seen in Mega Man. He is not limited to using his boss patterns exclusively.

Air Man is as seen in Mega Man 2. He is not limited to using his boss patterns exclusively.

Cloud Strife is as seen in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, with access to the First Tsurugi, and any abilities/skills granted by that equipment. He additionally has access to all magic (green) FF7 materia and his wing from Kingdom Hearts.

Sub-Zero is as seen in Mortal Kombat X, with his entire moveset from all three variations, although he must charge up X-Ray moves etc. in order to use them.

Archer is as seen in Fate/Stay Night's Unlimited Blade Works route. He may project Kanshou and Bakuya, Caladbolg, and his bow, as well as any other weapon seen in this fight, but may not project anything else. He may not use his Reality Marble, nor turn incorporeal and may be affected by conventional weapons despite his status as a servant. Psycho Mantis has exerted his influence over Archer (through Diablo). Every attack from Archer will somehow wildly miss Diablo's team, even if the attack is an area of effect attack that couldn't actually miss or is unable to miss in any other way, it will somehow miss anyway. IT'S USELESS. He will not realize that he needs to switch controller ports to avert this due to his hubris until 16 seconds after Diablo has been defeated.

Lilith is as she appears during the events of Borderlands 2, fully adapted to her Eridium-enhanced powers. She has fully mastered the Controller skill tree, and is equipped with the HellFire, Baby Maker (with corrosive ammo) and Tsunami SMGs, the Cobra, Penetrator (with Shock ammo) and Lyuda (with Slag ammo) sniper rifles and the Flame of the Firehawk shield. She cannot mass teleport mercs or objects. She has Cloud's motorcycle, Fenrir.
