Let's talk about the terrain for a second:

In order to meet my team, the opposing team will have to traverse that path, the rope bridge, and down into the Mako Reactor, and even if they know exactly where they're going, it's going to take more than 30 seconds. Which means X-Death is going to be X-Dead after getting unfrozen, between Cloud's melee assault and Lilith and Sub-Zero's lockdown.

Speaking of Lilith, let's talk about her for a second. Since she's a Controller, I gave her every talent in the Controller tree, since max level (61) in Borderlands gives you more than enough points to do so. That means Lilith has:
-100% chance to Daze enemies with melee attacks
-100% chance to Daze enemies with Phase Blast (which is an AoE when exiting Phasewalk)
-And each bullet fired has a 25% chance to Daze enemies.

Daze probably doesn't perform how you would expect it to - It greatly slows movement speed and reduces accuracy. It also works on robotic enemies like Turrets in Borderlands, meaning Wily and the Mans aren't going to be immune from it either.

Here's a run with a Lilith with roughly the same talent build - it's a bit hard to tell with all of the chaos going on, but everyone that's glowing orangeish yellow is Dazed. Notice how they move like they're in molasses and are barely hitting Lilith at all (and when they do, her rechargeable shield and Phasewalk regen are enough to bring her back up).

Lilith is armed with several SMGs and a fully automatic sniper rifle (https://youtu.be/8w2KSDvP3xU?t=69) so she should have no trouble locking down the enemy team. And if someone like Diablo tries to gap close, they'll be in a world of hurt between Archer and Cloud's melee skills.
This is also Eridium enhanced Lilith from Borderlands 2, so her regen and powers should be more powerful than what's demonstrated in the videos above.

The other team has the numbers, but I don't think anyone has the skill to stand up to Archer, especially with support from Lilith, Cloud and Subby (who probably loses 1v1s here, but can do plenty of annoying ice tricks to keep the enemy off balance).
