Ansem is mostly a tank and disruption, but his team kinda needs offense here, particularly because even under the command of Poison, Dizzy is kinda conditional-- like, this fight gets brutal in a hurry. How much time does Poison have to give an order-- does she phrase something in the form of "help me, Dizzy!!" when things are immediately going down? What's the right way to do it to get Dizzy to attack in a way that's best for her team?

I don't really think Dizzy is that conditional under Poison's command. Poison's main purpose is to ensure that Dizzy starts attacking immediately when the fight begins. Once things get brutal and Poison is out of the picture, Dizzy's passive will have been turned off by then. That's just what I think! I think that Kuja might be the first to aggro Dizzy, but I think Dizzy will still begin attacking immediately regardless.

Morrigan, I think, is also tremendously useful in helping to ensure Kuja can't just steamroll her team. I think that the anti-magic ward is being undervalued, considering the casters that Lightning's team is up against. Beyond that, vulnerability hex is also pretty useful for Ansem to deal more damage. Like you mentioned, he's not an insane offensive weapon, but the dude never stops living so he'll be able to continue casting and the debuff can help him push through more damage.
