The worst offender can be in terms of quantity or magnitude. For example, we take a look at the Nintendo 3DS which has basically become a port/remaster machine rounded out with some lazy shovelware. However, we also have companies like Naughty Dog, who only have a few lazy remasters but are severe offenders (re-releasing mediocre 20 year old games, "remastering" a game that came out a year ago and charging full price, etc) ---
