How is it the more...potentially offensive Robot Masters wind up having the best songs? This track is absolutely amazing (using drums to create a galloping type sound? Brilliant.), easily in the top 5 songs in this entire ranking topic.

Tomahawk Man is just blatantly racist and I'm a bit surprised this character was ever approved. From a Destructoid article:

https://www.destructoid.com/why-mega-man-6-is-the-best-of-the-mega-mans-158363.phtml

Tomahawk Man, an Indian chieftain who lives on a reserve, wears a ridiculous headdress, and wields an instrument for scalping.

That doesn't even get into his loincloth and war-paint. -_-'. Even in the far off future of 20XX, racism is still alive and well. Though I suppose I shouldn't be surprised: Just a few years earlier, the NES game "Whomp 'Em" was released which somehow manages to be even more racist.

...though the main character of Whomp 'Em was a hero, while Tomahawk Man is an enemy, which...is it less racist if the stereotype is presented as a hero? ...Don't answer that, I don't want to dwell on this topic.

Regardless of my thoughts on the actual character, the song is virtually perfect and not even his design can lower my opinion on it.

{Another song that would have been much higher up if the YouTube score hadn't tanked it so badly.}
