Lilligant and Ninetales are amazing, Diancie/Magearna/Milotic are all legit, Steenee is adorable (too bad its evolution is a disaster). But it's really easy for feminine pokemon to go overboard and look trashy/creepy/ugly. Lopunny, the goth girls, Meloetta, Florges, Primarina, Tsareena are all "kill it with fire" tier. Steenee is great and I do think the evolution is a step back (since it's less cute than Steenee), but it's not enough to place Tsareena low on my list. I still had Tsareena at 31 on my list even with some design flaws. Okay, I'll agree the goth girls aren't that great to begin with (Gothita is trash, but Gothorita and Gothitelle are much better). Lopunny is a better than average Pokemon for me. Florges looks a bit weird with that face it has, and it's also one of the only cases where I have the final evolution last in a 3 stage line (Flabébé and Floette are much better).
