Really easily. Feel like people are downplaying how he can pretty much rapid-teleport to get around, has a good plasma gun, basically has a plasma sword, is an inhuman tank that can survive some pretty brutal attacks (like, with unique animations and everything, and they aren't afraid to make one-hit-kill attacks either), referenced as needing an entire army to take him down, and has fantastic reflexes (deflecting bullets and parrying attacks constantly). Most of his bosses are a bigger deal than anyone in the gauntlet here, the closest to a threat are the XCOM MECs, but he would absolutely dance circles around them.
