well, I guess it depends on how she killed the bear

if she just wrestled it into submission, then no

if she used her keen knowledge of the forest to build an ingenious trap of sharpened stakes and lure the bear there, that's pretty resourceful, though arguably not the kind of resourceful that translates into chess skill

if she befriended the bear and they had dinner together and it fell asleep in her lap while she sang sweet lullabies, and then it turns out she drugged the meal, and she skinned the bear while it slept and wore its pelt as a trophy, then that's pretty crafty. seems more like interpersonal skills than chess-type logic, but I could see some overlap

but yeah "killed a bear" without elaboration is a strength/combat feat. if you want it to apply to chess you've gotta do some more explaining.
