This is the terrain.

The bar is on the boat somewhere and the turbine is the back of the boat where well the turbine would be if I am understanding the walkthrough videos I just watched correctly. Its more like a small shitty town than a dive bar like the writeup errantly suggests.

So while there are some decent sniping spots for Lilith, the fleet is pretty well set up to go All-Range Mode all over the opposing teams asses. This time they all have experience flying these things as though they were Fox himself. And of course there is Fox himself. And even if the arwings get in trouble I hear tell from Ganon that the 100 are "pretty good" and even in cockpit some of their abilities - such as Wonder Blacks ability to slow down time and the various wonder abilitirs to be immune to elemental damage. Also potentially useful is Wonder Yellows ability to find hidden or obscured objects and logically people.

Archer and Nilin are starting off right next to this mega team with Archer starting off disabled bound to a wheel chair and Uppercutted by Zeratul. So he's dead between warp blades and Megamans toolkit and Elmas ridiculous arsenal.

So in the end you have:
Normal Ryu
Lilith
Lightning
Terra

Vs

102 Arwings piloted by 102 Fox level pilots, 100 of whom are superheroes also and 101 of whom are rapping about finding their lost piece

Elma in the Versus Cain who is able to buff those 102 with a lot of buffs but perhaps most importantly Ghost Factory which gives them all the ability to completely shrug off a few hits.

Mega Man with unlimited Blade Beam Spam and Red Lightning Hose and an E Tank

A teleporting permanently invisible ninja who will have no problem finding and ganking enemies who hide.
