Topic	Slow cooking some beef ribs for dinna tonight:)
wolfy42 07/22/17 7:04:19 PM #1:	Had them on sale at Heagen this week (upscale grocery store, more expensive then Safeway). Got about 2 full racks, which I'm slow cookin in the oven at 265 all day long. Wrapped in foil, slathered with spices for now. I'll pull em out after about 5 hours and cover em with Bullseye original bbq sauce then pump up the temp to 425 to give em a quick char. Eta for massive deliciousness......3 hours and counting. I'd invite you all over if I could, will have plenty to go around. Instead, I shall perhaps share some with my neighbors.
