It's an ultimate ability with a long fuckin CD (as is Lightning Breath, but we'll gloss over that one since he can spam it in D3). Moreover, Lightning Breath is a Channeled ability, meaning if Diablo is doing lightning breaths he has to stop doing the move to cast Apocalypse (3 seconds in, because it has about 2 seconds of chargeup time). And Lightning Breath itself has a charge time (about a second). Like...I just don't get this argument.
