Based on the video I saw, I don't think it can reach the other side of the arena from the starting point. If they started at the center of the arena, I'd buy that argument, but definitely not if they start at the entrances. In fact, from what I've seen, I don't think Diablo even has the range to take advantage of the stun. And if he can't take advantage of the stun, he's not winning.
