If anything I would think this counterintuitive. Fat makes you full faster. It's why peanut butter is such a great weight loss food.


Fat makes you full but liquid is extremely easy to ingest copious amounts of. It's the same reasoning why people recommend downing raw eggs, even though they don't allow as much bio-available protein compared to cooked eggs.
