Topic	Would you be okay with a female James Bond?

James Bond as a franchise should keep the male lead, his masculinity is a part of the character. if you want a female super spy movie, just make it and establish a franchise around that the same way Bourne managed to establish its niche in that genre. HA! I agree with Wang completely. This is hilarious :P I agree that his masculinity/misogyny/womanizing are part of the character, but those are also becoming less and less appealing traits it seems. Bond will therefore have to change with the times (which has already happened, Craig is notably different to Connery in how he handles women I think. Or the movies themselves are) to remain commercially successful, and the less traditionally masculine he becomes the more it won't matter what gender the character is.
