As long as one console out there fucked up in a way that wasn't user error, the console no longer has 0 defects. Ok, but the Switch has more defects than those consoles did. If you plug in your SNES controller in upside down (and you can't) it doesn't super glue in place and need you to break the plastic to get it off. Fundamentally defective.
