I'm mostly disappointed that it's not really VR. It's more of an enhanced form of 3D or whatever. Whenever I've seen VR in sci-fi works and such, it's more something that hooks into your nervous system so you actually feel everything that's happening. It's kinda too bad they stole the name for this pseudo-VR stuff.

The PC market is bigger than consoles now. It's not really niche. VR isn't getting bigger than consoles any time soon.


Is it? All the reports I see have PC game software sales below console game software sales dollars. Maybe it depends on the country or something?

There is no suffering since all VR hardware is selling way above expectation making profit (except maybe Oculus but lol facebook) and software is selling as well (it's hard, but wayyy easier than a PC/console game).


Then what's up with HTC wanted to sell their share in Vive due to disappointing returns?
