The battle in 7x04 had (some) people thinking this season could be among the top. The one-two punch of 7x05 and 7x06 really let a lot of the wind out of those sails, I think. Yeah, I was in that boat. The first four episodes were flawed, yes, but I enjoyed them -- and it's been years since I've been able to say that about this show.
